Job summary

The NHS Trust Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a part-time Specialist Speech & Language Therapist (Band 6) on a 10-month secondment in the Neurodevelopmental service for adults.

You will join a multidisciplinary team providing assessments, diagnoses and therapy for adults with neurodevelopmental conditions across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, with strong supervision and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified SLT with HCPC registration and NHS experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team working and delivering SLT services to adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist SLT assessment, formulation and diagnosis with advanced clinical reasoning.
• Develop and deliver therapy and management programmes within the service.
• Support senior colleagues with strategic developments and training delivery.
• Collaborate with MDT, families, and carers to promote inclusive communication.
