Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a permanent Band 6 Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our Community Children’s Therapy Team in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow and Epping Forest. This post is based predominantly in the Uttlesford area, with flexibility for other locations if required.

You will work within the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, in a multidisciplinary team, with access to supervision, training and ongoing professional development through The Learning

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• Registration with HCPC and Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy.
• Post-qualification training and experience in paediatric SLT.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and management of school-aged children in community and educational settings.
• Collaborate within the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service and with partner teams.
• Support service users across their healthcare journey with high standards of care.
