Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to support stroke patients across the rehab journey, predominantly within the community team alongside in-patient and early discharge pathways. You will work within Medway Stroke Services and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across community and hospital settings.

The role requires UK HCPC registration, a physiotherapy degree, and a minimum of 18 months post‑qualification experience at band 5 or above.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is desirable.
• Minimum of 18 months recent band 5 level experience or above.

Responsibilities

• Support stroke patients through their rehab journey in community and hospital settings.
• Assist in patient assessment and management within the community stroke service.
• Comply with vaccination and safeguarding requirements as applicable.
