Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 physiotherapist to guide stroke patients through rehabilitation across community settings and inpatient units. The role focuses on supporting patients in the recovery journey and coordinating care with the early supported discharge team.

Applicants should have a physiotherapy degree or diploma, HCPC registration, and at least 18 months of recent Band 5+ experience.

Qualificações

• Awareness of and skills to deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment for neurological impairments.
• Documentary evidence of right to work in the UK.

This Band 6 physiotherapist post sits within Medway Stroke Services at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. The work centres on guiding stroke patients through their rehabilitation across inpatient units, the early supported discharge team and longer-term rehab. Although the service spans several settings, the post is predominantly based in the community team. For now, applicants must already work for Kent and Medway NHS organisations or their staff bank, or be a newly qualified AHP, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
