Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with significant experience.
• Leadership in clinical areas and deputising abilities.
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for Band 7 Senior Sister and Matron to ensure nursing care quality and resource management.
• Manage staff rosters and contribute to budget management.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day department operations and ensure education/training for staff and students.
