Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust in London is recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to rotate across Bedded Rehabilitation, Community Neuro Rehabilitation and Learning Disability Services in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster.

• Maintain effective communication, organisation and collaborative working to support safe, high-quality care.
• Participate in regular supervision with an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist and access support across the rotation specialties.

Job description

The rotation includes Bedded Rehabilitation, Community Neuro Rehabilitation and Learning Disability Services across Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster. You will work across an integrated community service and a range of clinical, community and home settings. You will manage a clinical caseload, complete assessments and delivering person-centred interventions that support the functional needs of adults with physical disabilities, neurological conditions and learning disabilities. Reporting to the Highly Specialist Occupational Therapy Lead, you will work as part of supportive multidisciplinary teams and build effective partnerships across health and social care. We offer regular supervision, training and opportunities to contribute to projects, quality improvement and clinical audit, supporting your professional development and career progression. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will:
