Job summary

Athona’s Nursing division is recruiting Community agency nurses for roles based in West London and surrounding areas. This NHS Trust environment requires car access and offers shifts 08:00–20:00 across a seven-day pattern. You will need a valid NMC registration and enhanced DBS to apply.

Pay rates are £27/day, £30 Saturday, £35 Sunday, with access contingencies noted and flexible line-of-work contracts including part-time, full-time or ad-hoc placements.

Hours: Part time/ Full time / Ad-hoc – Line of work contract

shift hours – negotiable service open 0800-20.00, seven days aweek

Rates:

• £27.00 per hour Day Rate
• £30.00 Saturday
• £35.00 Sunday

Job description:

Athona’s Nursing division is currently recruiting for Community agency nurses, with an opportunity based in West London and surrounding areas. This is Community based shift worked for a NHS Trust. You will need to be a car driver and have access.

• Wound care
• Catheter care
• Palliative care
• Holistic assessment
• Medication administration
• Insulin administration/management
• Advanced clinical assessment skills
• Experienced in acute and ED departments
• Liaise with GP to initiate antibiotic treatment
• IV skills with administration and cannulation
• knowledgable with ECG, bladder scans/ I-stat machine and the CRP machine phlebotomy.
• Car driver – the team respond to each patient referral within 2 hours
• Able to use experience of using System One
