Job summary

Athona’s Nursing division is recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses for shifts in Acton and West London. This is a community-based NHS Trust role with part-time, full-time or ad-hoc hours.

You will provide wound care, catheter care, palliative support, holistic assessment, and medication administration including insulin. Applicants must have Full NMC registration, Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children, and at least 6 months NHS experience within the last two years.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is required to practise as a community nurse.
• Enhanced DBS for Adult and Child required.
• NHS/community experience within the last 2 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community care as part of NHS Trust in West London.
• Care for wounds, catheter care, palliative needs, and medication administration.
• Coordinate with Trust and provide evidence-based care.
