Rate: £25–£30

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Neurophysiologist to join our client's team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality neurophysiological services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient care through accurate and detailed neurophysiological assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of neurophysiological tests and procedures, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, operate neurophysiological equipment, and analyze test data.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to quality control protocols, and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with neurologists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive neurophysiological care.
Qualifications and Experience
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist or equivalent.
  • BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in neurophysiology, including advanced techniques.
  • Proficiency in neurophysiological equipment and software.
  • Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathology.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
