Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Neuro Team in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This full-time, ongoing role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £26.00 and the opportunity to contribute to specialist neuro rehabilitation in a community setting.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximise independence and optimize outcomes for people with neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• NHS Physiotherapy Experience: Essential.
• Community Physiotherapy Experience: Essential.
• Neurological Rehabilitation Experience: Highly desirable.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience managing an independent caseload.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsabilités

• Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for individuals with neurological conditions in community settings.
• Deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to goals and clinical needs.
• Manage an autonomous caseload while maintaining high standards of practice.
• Assess and improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional ability.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide specialist neurological rehabilitation interventions to support recovery and maximise independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
• Support patients, families, and carers through education and guidance.
• Contribute to discharge planning and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with standards.
