Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner – Wisbech

Are you a dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner seeking a rewarding role in Wisbech? Pulse Mental Health is looking for passionate professionals like you to join our esteemed team and make a positive impact on the mental well-being of individuals in the community. This is a locum role of an initial period of 1 year 6 months working 22.5hrs-37.5hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality mental health assessments and interventions for patients.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborating closely with patients, families, and external agencies.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Requirements:

• Qualification as a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a community-based setting.
