  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Rate: £24.00 – £27.00 P/H

Job Description:

In this locum physiotherapist role, you will focus on the management and treatment of both men’s and women’s pelvic health conditions.

What will you be doing in this Physiotherapy role?

As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist, your duties will include assessing and treating a variety of pelvic health issues, such as continence problems, bowel dysfunction, and pregnancy or post-pregnancy related back pain. You will develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address these conditions and improve patient quality of life. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure holistic care and effective outcomes for patients. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records, monitoring progress, and adapting interventions as necessary in line with best practice guidelines and NHS standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • HCPC registration
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Proven experience in treating pelvic health conditions
  • Expertise in managing continence issues, bowel problems, and pregnancy-related back pain
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
