Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist dysphagia assessments and reviews.
• Manage a predominantly dysphagia caseload independently.
• Complete full episodes of care from assessment through discharge.
• Develop and document dysphagia management plans.
• Provide recommendations and ensure implementation of interventions.
• Review and monitor treatment outcomes with clinical standards.

Earn up to £27.00 per hour on an hourly basis for a 3-month assignment from 1st September 2026 to 27th November 2026. This exciting full-time, community-based role focuses primarily on the dysphagia pathway. What you will do

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration.

• Strong report-writing and communication skills with a knack for working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and supporting complex communication needs is highly desirable.
