Job summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Radcliffe is recruiting a part-time Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to support assessments and rehabilitation in the adult community.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team across the Therapies directorate, with opportunities to develop specialty skills in Palliative Care and Rheumatology, and there is a strong emphasis on professional progression and QI activities.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Evidence of CPD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment and rehabilitation programmes to community-based patients.
• Lead and participate in MDT activities and care planning.
• Provide supervision to junior staff and students.
• Support Quality Improvement and service development initiatives.
