Job summary

Avon And Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust's Bristol Early Intervention for Psychosis Service is seeking a Band 6 Assessor/Keyworker on a fixed-term 6-month contract to support young people aged 14-35 after a first episode psychosis. Qualifications

• Current registration with NMC, Social Care England or HCPC.
• Experience in mental health assessment and care coordination.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and engage with service users and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide Keyworking support to service users and families within the EI service.
• Link with MDT to offer timely support, treatment and interventions.
• Lead on and participate in assessments using CAARMS; manage a complex caseload (~20).
• Contribute to wellbeing, social and therapy groups and liaise with crisis teams and partner organisations.
