Job summary

You will assess and treat patients with acute medical and respiratory conditions, build individualised treatment plans, educate patients on self-management, and work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• Strong clinical skills in acute medicine and respiratory care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
