Job Introduction
We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Ward team based on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital, North Kent, to help us continue to improve healthcare services.

As a Ward Nurse, you will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams, using your communication and organizational skills, along with a flexible approach, to deliver positive patient experiences throughout their healthcare journey.
You will care for patients and their families, uphold high service standards, share best practices, and actively seek to improve our work processes to foster positive change. We believe everyone should feel valued when they interact with us, whether as staff, patients, or community members.
We have full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (30 hours) positions available.
Main Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a registered Nurse with a valid license to practice, passionate about patient rehabilitation, and encouraging independence. Flexibility to work across all shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential. You should also be confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
