Amblescroft North is a 20 bedded later life ward, this is an excellent opportunity to work with service users presenting with a range of mental health needs in crisis.
If you are successful you will be involved with a supportive and cohesive multi-disciplinary team caring for service users on an inpatient later life ward. You will care for your patients holistically, involving carers and relatives and work alongside medical and therapies staff. You will be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and provide high quality care to your patients.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate shift coordination and show competent nursing abilities within the clinical area to both registered and unregistered staff. You will be able to demonstrate effectiveness in ensuring continuity of care and implementation of trust policies.
