Job Overview
Are you a staff nurse who is passionate about supporting young people with complex needs? Do you want to be part of a dedicated team that strives for excellence and aims to support your lifestyle?
Whether you are an experienced staff nurse or a newly qualified nurse seeking their first post and are awaiting your NMC pin, we will support you in developing and expanding your skills at The Beacon.
You would be working in a diverse in-patient setting amongst a team of various health professionals and be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing evidence-based care to service users who are acutely unwell. Our new purpose built unit, The Beacon is based at the Bradgate Hospital site at Leicester Glenfield Hospital on the north side of Leicester.
We are looking for motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and caring professionals to expand our well-established team.
We support our patients on a 24/7 basis, so you will be required to work day and night shifts on a rotational basis including weekends and bank holidays.
