Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse for Cedar Ward, a 17-bed rehabilitation and sub-acute unit. You will be part of a diverse team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Doctors to deliver compassionate nursing care.

Applicants must be NMC registered, with the ability to administer medicines and maintain documentation to NMC standards, while supporting care planning and safeguarding. Flexibility to work across Wiltshire Health and Care is required.

Qualifications

• NMC registration current and live.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate compassionate nursing care tailored to each patient.
• Maintain high standards of care and patient safety at all times.
• Administer medicines safely in line with NMC standards and local policy (competency dependent).
• Promote patient involvement and keep patients and families informed of treatment progress.
• Communicate clearly about patient assessments and clinical details with the team.
• Model high professional standards and support colleagues to ensure safe staffing and care quality.
