Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Devon is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join a dedicated team on a fixed-term contract until 25/04/2027. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes, clinics and community settings, assessing needs and delivering appropriate nursing interventions.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in community/home health nursing.
Ability to work independently and remotely within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
