Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking Band 5 nurses for flexible shifts across inpatient services in Bath and surrounding areas. You will join a multidisciplinary team to assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient care on the ward, while mentoring junior staff and students.

Bank shifts offer weekly pay and the ability to access shifts before agency staff, with online booking and regular supervision.

• Band 5 nurse with at least 6 months post qualifying experience.

We are looking for Band 5 nurses with at least 6 months post qualifying experience who are interested in working in the wide variety of services we deliver predominately in inpatient settings across Weston Super Mare, Bristol, South Glos, Bath, Swindon, Devizes and Salisbury.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to ensure that the clinical, environmental and social needs of the service users are met by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating care programmes. You will also support junior staff and nursing students and participate in their professional development while working on the ward.
