An exciting opportunity has arisen for conscientious, enthusiastic and highly motivated candidates to join the Gastroenterology Department as a Pathway Navigator at Watford General/Hemel Hempstead General Hospital for a 3-month secondment (contract ends 01/04/2025).
You will be providing an efficient and comprehensive pathway navigator service to one or more of the Gastroenterology Consultants/Nurses/Registrars.
The post holder will work closely with the Gastroenterology consultants, their immediate colleagues, and other administrative and clinical members of the Gastroenterology service. This job may involve cross-site working.
This post is 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week).
The successful applicants will be providing an efficient and comprehensive pathway navigator service to one or more of the Gastroenterology consultants and Registrars.
They will need to have excellent communication, organisational and advanced IT skills and be able to work meeting deadlines and targets.
