At Brook Street, we are thrilled to offer you an opportunity to support vital healthcare services in a dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

  • Salary of £13.57 per hour
  • Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Temporary, on going


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications quickly and accurately, handling sensitive patient information with empathy.
  • Respond to public enquiries on treatment and reimbursement policies and Patient Travel.
  • Communicate effectively with Trusts, clinicians, and directorates to clarify patient treatment entitlements and resolve queries or complaints.
  • Provide administrative support for planning and organizing meetings and workshops within the regional contracts department.
  • Coordinate invoice and reimbursement processing in line with financial guidelines and procedures.



Qualifications:

  • 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
