Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Facilities Assistant for 3 x 15 hour shifts, 4pm–7pm, Monday to Friday at the Valentine Centre. You will deliver cleaning, portering and catering services with a focus on patient care.
You will support infection control, COSHH and health and safety rules while contributing to a positive, flexible working environment within the Estates and Facilities Directorate.

We have 3 x 15 hour vacancies based at the Valentine Centre within our Estates and Facilities Directorate. Shifts are between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday.Duties will include the preparation and regeneration of patient meals at ward level on a daily basis but will also involve providing an effective, patient-focused cleaning and domestic service, including patient laundry service to meet NHS cleanliness standards as a minimum within designated patient / non-patient areas within the Trust.

As a Facilities Assistant you will provide a comprehensive cleaning service for in-patient and community sites as assigned
Responsible for general cleaning duties and will be carried out in all areas including clinical, sanitary and administration areas, in accordance with the cleaning schedule. The post holder will ensure that Infection Control, COSHH and Health and Safety procedures are always followed.
