We have a great opportunity within our IPU team for a Clinical Support Nurse. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Health Care Assistants and Clinical Support Nurses who are looking to develop skills and knowledge within specialist palliative care.
Working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will support and assist the qualified nursing staff in providing hands-on, person-centered health care to patients with complex clinical needs. This includes working in a similar capacity as a Health Care Assistant. As well as clerical and administrative duties, other duties include cleaning and ancillary responsibilities. Our health care staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.
We are looking for someone compassionate and caring, with excellent communication and team-working skills. Experience of working in a care setting is desirable. You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities and be welcomed as a valued member of an experienced and supportive team.
