Job summary

AMFRESH Group in Peterborough is hiring a Baler Operative in a permanent, weekly-paid role. You will operate bailer equipment on site, ensure timely handling of cardboard and general waste, and assist the Production team with waste management.

The shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off from 05:45 to 18:15, with an hourly rate of £12.80 paid weekly. We welcome applicants with warehouse experience, a good understanding of waste segregation, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of waste segregation and warehouse safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

About The Role

About You

To be a successful Baler Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:
