Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and reliable approach.
• City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent, or working towards.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety.
• Contribute to menu planning and kitchen organisation.
• Support day-to-day service for residents.
