Cornish Bakery is looking for a Team Leader to inspire and nourish the team while delivering brilliant bakery experiences for customers. You will work alongside the Bakery Management Team to lead shifts, set the pace and ensure every customer receives warm, outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, food service or retail.
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service.
• Train and coach colleagues to consistently achieve brand standards.
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, food safety and cleanliness.
• Support the Management Team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery.
• Make the most of colleagues’ strengths and deploy the team effectively to maximise sales.
