Wenzel’s the Bakers Ltd. is seeking a Team Member / Sales Assistant for a full-time role in Greater London. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle orders and cash, and assist with daily shop operations in a busy bakery environment.

Full training will be provided; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential. The role includes shift patterns Mon–Sun with potential flexible hours to suit needs.

Qualifications

• No previous training required; full training provided
• Confident and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude in customer service
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, handle orders, cash and till operation
• Produce fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other items following food safety standards
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations
