Thorn Baker Recruitment seeks an experienced Food Production Team Leader for a leading Leicestershire bakery/food manufacturer. This permanent role requires taking responsibility for operatives, maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets while leading and training the team.

Shifts run on a 6am-6pm rotating pattern, with a salary of £33,500 per annum. The successful candidate will oversee safety, quality management, GMP, and hygiene standards, drive improvements, and support NPD and new

• Previous food production team leader experience required.
• Good knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
