Job summary

This role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with 24 days of annual leave, and offers training and progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Good awareness of Health, Safety and Food Safety.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills, including record keeping and following instructions.
• A positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the Safety First culture and compliance with AB internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
• Monitor product quality and consistency.
• Support the efficient operation of production lines.
• Take part in training and development activities, including 1-to-1 sessions.
