Job summary

Mach Recruitment Limited is seeking Food Production Operatives for shifts in our bakery icing department in Dronfield. Immediate start with week-on/week-off style schedules and long-term opportunities.

Day and night shifts are available with overtime options, and there is a temp-to-perm path for reliable performers. Expected duties include training across production stages, maintaining food safety standards, and working closely with a flexible team across bakery lines.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 preferred, training given
• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery preferred but not essential
• Able to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to develop own skills and experience
• Willing to work as part of a shift team and on own initiative
• Start immediately and long-term role
• Able to work up to 12 hours per shift

Responsibilities

• Train across goods inwards to despatch, including cleaning techniques
• Owns and supports H&S and food safety and daily plan attainment
• Rotates through key bakery production lines as part of a flexible team
• Buddy training to support colleagues
• Enjoys variety and develops new skills in a high-profile venture
