Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is recruiting Bakery Operatives for a site in Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5. The role involves helping prepare and produce bakery products, and packing finished items while maintaining hygiene standards.

Shifts are 4 days out of 7, including 18:30–06:30 and 19:00–07:00. Pay is £13.11–£13.15 per hour PAYE, with weekly pay. Prior food production experience is helpful but not essential.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods.

• 18:30 - 06:30 / 06:30 - 18:30
• 19:00 to 07:00 / 19:00 to 07:00

Requirements
