• Lead and coach bakery teams to deliver high standards across sites.
• Provide management cover across Bristol Clifton, Bristol College Green, Bristol Whiteladies and surrounding bakeries.
• Drive planning and execution to achieve great results, using problem-solving to handle daily changes.
