GAIL's is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead on-the-floor operations, coach teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences in Bristol. You’ll own shifts, support recruitment and analyze bakery performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will champion high standards of service, food quality and safety while developing future leaders to eventually run your own bakery. A hands-on, customer-focused leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality, retail or another customer-focused environment.

• Lead shifts and create an environment where teams perform at their best.
• Coach, develop and inspire Breadheads daily.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and future leadership development.
• Own key operational areas and drive improvements.
• Use bakery data to spot trends and improve performance.
• Maintain high standards of food, coffee, availability and customer experience.
• Create memorable customer moments and build local loyalty.
• Ensure safety, compliance and bakery presentation.
