Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a CDP Baker in upscale hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities in a multicultural environment.

• Solid understanding of food quality standards and guest service.
• Proficient in basic accounting principles and yield management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery shop production and operations.
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate bakery staff with the Head Baker.
• Ensure bread production quality and presentation for daily menus.
• Forecast production needs and monitor leftovers to control costs.
• Set up bread displays in buffets and ensure hygiene and safety.
