Job summary

Paris Baguette in Greater London is seeking Kitchen Team Members to prepare sandwiches, salads, and sauces. You will support the restaurant team, maintain quality displays, and assist with stock, orders, and waste reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Keep display presentable for customers.
• Complete reports for production, usage and waste.
• Order products and materials as necessary.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Inform supervisor when equipment or supplies are low.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Receive stock and store food properly.
