Job summary

Ethero Ltd in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Warehouse Despatch Operative to pick, pack and prepare bakery products for dispatch, load and unload vehicles, and maintain accurate despatch records. You will work with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules in a busy warehouse environment.

The role is on-site with a Sunday to Tuesday night shift 16:00-00:00, paying £12.71-£13.42 per hour PAYE, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks (reasonable adjustments will be considered).
• Basic numeracy and ability to complete despatch documentation.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or despatch experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare bakery products for dispatch
• Load and unload vehicles in line with safe-working practices
• Complete despatch paperwork and maintain accurate records
