Job summary

Ethero is recruiting a Despatch Picker in Newcastle-under-Lyme for a temporary role. You will pick, pack and prep bakery products for dispatch, load/unload vehicles safely, and maintain despatch paperwork. Work with production and logistics to meet delivery schedules while keeping a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Hours are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 16:00–00:00. PAYE hourly rate £12.71–£13.42, with weekly pay and standard tax/National Insurance deductions.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic numeracy.
• Ability to carry out despatch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare bakery products for dispatch.
• Load and unload vehicles in line with safe-working practices.
• Complete despatch paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
