Job summary

Paris Baguette UK is seeking a Team Leader to guide crew, manage daily store operations, and ensure friendly, fast service. You will prepare beverages, stock pastries for the day, and operate the POS system to take orders.

You’ll lead by example during opening and closing shifts, maintain cleanliness, and support deliveries and catering orders. Ideal candidates bring a positive, ownership-driven attitude, basic math, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and orders.
• Delegate duties and supervise crew in a hospitality setting.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew to run the store efficiently and divide duties.
• Prep beverages and stock pastries for the day.
• Operate POS and enter customer orders accurately.
• Open and close procedures, cleaning, and equipment care.
• Unload deliveries up to twice a week and handle catering orders.
