PAUL RHODES BAKERY LTD in London is seeking a passionate night baker to join our team on a permanent basis. You will help us deliver top-quality breads and pastries and play a key role in our overnight production, ensuring consistency with our high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years baking experience, can work efficiently in a busy environment, and adheres to food safety regulations. Join a friendly, supportive team at Greenwich area with good pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years baking experience.
• Prepare breads and baked products including mixing, scaling and shaping.
• Produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough preparation times and baking techniques.

• Monitor production at high volumes and maintain quality.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Job Overview

We are currently looking for passionate and experienced night baker to join our team on a permanent basis. We want our bakery to be the very best and you and your role will be an integral part of this journey.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in baking.
• Prepare breads from our various ranges and other baked products - this will include mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
• Ability to produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough preparation times, procedures and various baking techniques.
• Ability to operate electric bread ovens.
• Manage high volumes and monitor production consistently and professionally.
• Ensure all products are made to set quality standards and in line with daily orders
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment

Working Hours

Starting time between 8PM/11PM

45 hours per week based on 5 working day. Friday garantuee as a Day off.

Location

• Paul Rhodes Bakery, SE10 9PJ (Greenwich, London)
• Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
