PAUL RHODES BAKERY LTD in London is seeking a Viennoiserie Assistant to join the Greenwich bakery. You will help produce a wide range of pastry products, following our recipes, and ensure quality standards across high-volume output. This role offers a path to advance as you gain experience in a busy, friendly team.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to develop their pastry skills, with a pro-active approach and a hunger to progress within the company.

Key information

• Work as part of a team to ensure that all pastry products are prepared in line with quality requirements and standards and are to a high quality consistently every day and in line with customer orders.
• Capable of learning to produce a wide range of products and working to Company recipes.
• A pro-active personality – who is passionate, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
• Can-do attitude.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan.
• Willingness to learn and a hunger to develop their pastry skills.

Hours 45 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.

• Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
