Job summary

B Holdings is expanding its hospitality division in London, seeking a skilled Baker for our production kitchen near Battersea. You will support day-to-day baking operations, producing breads, viennoiserie and pastries to ensure top-quality products across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a similar role, exposure to artisanal techniques, and a passion for consistency and craftsmanship in a high-end environment.

We are currently seeking a talented Baker to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours:

• Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week


• Flexibility to also work at our Birley Bakery, located in Chelsea Green, SW3


• 2am-12pm/ 9am-7pm shifts

What you will do:

• Support the Bakery team in the day-to-day baking operations


• Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality products including breads, viennoiserie and pastries


• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts
