Job summary

L’ETO Group is seeking a hands-on Chef De Cuisine to lead a busy bakery kitchen in a fast-paced, walk-in restaurant environment in London. You will own performance, lead the team, manage food preparation, and drive service standards across brunch, lunch and dinner.

You should have at least 2 years of leadership in a bakery setting and 2 years as Head Baker; experience at Head Chef level is a plus. Competitive salary up to £40K with 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a bakery kitchen for at least 2 years.
• At least 2 years working as a Head baker.
