Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focused on stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our shop floor full and ready for customers.

You’ll move quickly, work across the wider store when needed, and use digital tools to track deliveries and stock. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you support colleagues across the business.
