Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focusing on stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our shop floor ready for customers.

You'll work across the wider store, using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock with pace and accuracy, while collaborating with colleagues across functions to keep things moving smoothly.
