Base pay range

About The Role

Software Engineers at Gr4vy collaborate across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders. We operate in short two-week sprints and regularly share, reflect, and iterate on our work.

Our platform primarily uses Python with the FastAPI framework, along with React and Typescript for frontend development. We emphasize testing—unit, integration, and acceptance tests—to drive design and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to team projects following best coding practices.
• Be open to learning new backend design patterns.
• Influence tasks within your immediate team.
• Collaborate with the product manager to understand tasks.
• Work with support from senior engineers to understand problems and solutions.
• Review pull requests from peers to learn different implementation approaches.
