Job summary

EDF Trading seeks a full-time back-end focused full stack developer to join the IT Delivery team in London. You will design, develop and maintain bespoke software solutions for treasury, finance and risk functions, with emphasis on the .NET backend, databases and BI integration.

You will collaborate with analysts and IT colleagues, adopt Agile practices and contribute to CI/CD. Hybrid working and a broad benefits package are offered to support delivery across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in designing and implementing bespoke software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and patterns.
• Experience with databases (Oracle or SQL Server) and BI data visualisation.
• Knowledge of Agile development (SCRUM/Kanban) and CI/CD.
• Desirable Angular experience and DevOps exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke software solutions end-to-end across back-end and data layers.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define requirements and solutions.
• Improve development processes and participate in roadmaps.
• Contribute to release procedures and CI/CD in EDFT IT stack.
