Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team, whether that's pair-programming, mentoring or collaborating with front-end engineers and other disciplines Have strong hands-on C# and .NET experience, including recent features Have built and run microservices and event-driven systems, with a solid grasp of distributed systems and scale Are comfortable with AWS, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines Care about observability and keeping production reliable (New Relic, ELK or equivalents) Have worked with identity and authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IdentityServer) Are curious about AI and emerging tools Будет плюсом: Azure or GCP also valuable
